The Avenue Lofts is a 4-story mixed use apartment building, with an assembly rated roof deck, located in the historic Seminole Heights. The Owner/Developer wanted to maximize the number units and the head height within each unit, all while being restricted on overall building height due to local zoning restrictions.

The final structural design consisted of Prestressed Hollowcore Planks, an interior Steel Frame, Light-Gage Steel Framing within units, and an exterior CMU shell in order to meet the needs of the building owner.
