Two-Unit Townhomes, each one being three stories tall, were designed for construction in Redington Beach. Five of the eight buildings were located within the Velocity Flood Zone and had to be designed with Deep Pile Foundations, and Break-Away Walls.

The buildings overall construction consisted of typical CMU and wood framed construction, and pre-engineered wood floor/roof trusses.
