This two-story residence is a large (13,623 sqft under roof) custom waterfront home with numerous architectural details being constructed in the Westshore area of Tampa. The home was designed with typical residential construction practices, CMU exterior walls, wood framed interior bearing walls and, CMU stemwall foundations.

• 24ft door opening to the lanai and the manufacturer only allows an 1/8" of deflection in the beam above,
